When I learned nurses in my home state had administered vaccine overdoses, I wanted to know more. In response to my questions, the Iowa Department of Corrections indicated that they hadn’t offered training on how to draw up or administer the doses, and the nurses had only had an instruction sheet and the instructions on the box.
